Summary
Fairness in Campaign Finance Act of 1993 - Amends the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971 to prohibit a candidate for the Senate or the House of Representatives from accepting a contribution from a multicandidate political committee (PAC) if the amount of such contribution plus the total of PAC contributions previously accepted during the same calendar quarter exceeds one-third of the sum of such contribution and the total of contributions previously accepted from all sources during that calendar quarter.
