Summary
Amends titles XVIII (Medicare) and XIX (Medicaid) of the Social Security Act to cover mental health specialist services (which include the services of clinical psychologists, clinical social workers, and psychiatric nurse specialists) under Medicaid and part B (Supplementary Medical Insurance) of Medicare.
