Summary

Provides that the conveyance of specified lands located in Carlton County, Minnesota, pursuant to a patent issued by the Director of the Bureau of Land Management on February 17, 1955, is legalized, validated, and confirmed as far as any U.S. interest in such lands is concerned, with the same force and effect as if such lands had been held on the date of such conveyance under absolute fee simple title by the United States.
