Summary
United States-China Bilateral Human Rights Commission Act of 1993 - Authorizes the President to enter into an agreement with the Government of China to establish a United States-China Bilateral Human Rights Commission. Declares that the Commission should: (1) establish goals for improving human rights in China and the United States; (2) monitor compliance of human rights and investigate human rights abuse cases in such countries; and (3) serve as a vehicle for the resolution of such cases. Authorizes appropriations.
