Summary
Amends the Reclamation Projects Authorization and Adjustment Act of 1992 to authorize the Secretary of the Interior, in cooperation with State and local authorities, to participate in the design, planning, and construction of the San Antonio Water System Water Recycling Project Phase III to reclaim and reuse wastewater within and outside of the service area of San Antonio, Texas. Limits the Federal cost share for the project to 25 percent. Prohibits the provision of Federal funds for project operation and maintenance.
