Summary
Amends the Fish and Wildlife Improvement Act of 1978 to provide that revenues received from the disposition of abandoned or forfeited fish, wildlife, plants, or items relating to them and sums received under specified Federal law as penalties, fines, or forfeitures of property resulting from violations against fish, wildlife, or plants shall be available for: (1) payments for rewards and incidental expenses under such law; and (2) payment of costs associated with shipping the items to and from storage, sale, or temporary or final disposition, including temporary or permanent loan, storage, including inventory and security thereof, appraisal, sale, or other disposal pursuant to applicable law, including auctioneer commissions and related expenses, payment of any valid liens or other encumbrances or other steps required in order to clear title, and processing and shipping of eagles and other migratory birds and parts thereof for Native American religious purposes.
