Summary
Ginseng Labeling Correction Act - Amends the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, and the Farm Security and Rural Investment Act of 2002, to postpone until 30 days after enactment of this Act the effective date of ginseng labeling requirements that declare misbranded any representation of ginseng unless it is an herb or herbal ingredient derived from a plant classified within the genus Panax.
