Terrorist Rewards Enhancement Act - Amends the State Department Basic Authorities Act of 1956 to authorize the Secretary of State, in certain circumstances, to pay a reward under the Department of State Rewards Program to an officer or employee of a foreign government (or entity thereof) for furnishing information that assists in the prevention of acts of international terrorism, international narcotics trafficking, and other related criminal acts.
