Summary
Automobile Free Trade Act - Directs the President to determine and publish a list of those foreign countries which allow market access in respect to motor vehicles manufactured in the United States which is substantially equivalent to the market access allowed by the United States in respect to motor vehicles produced in such foreign countries. Sets a limit, between June 30, 1974, and January 1, 1976, on the quantity of foreign-manufactured motor vehicles not included on such list which may be entered into the United States. Directs the Secretary of Commerce to compute the quanties which may be entered.
