Summary
Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to construct, operate, and maintain the eastern New Mexico water supply project. Stipulates that project costs, alloted to municipal and industrial water supply, be repaid to the United states in not more than fifty years under the provisions stated. Authorizes to be appropriated the sum of $73,383,000 plus additional sums as may be necessary for the project.
