Summary

Amends the Foreign Trade Zones Act to extend, through June 30, 1989, the exclusion of imported bicycle parts that are not subsequently re-exported from the exemption of the customs laws that is applicable to a foreign trade zone. Amends the Tariff Schedules of the United States to suspend, through June 30, 1989, the duties on generator lighting sets for bicycles, bicycle chains, and certain other bicycle parts.
