Summary

Amends the Federal law requiring the furnishing of a payment bond by a contractor for construction or repair work of any public building or work to direct the department secretary or agency head (Comptroller General under present law) to furnish a certified copy of such bond and the related contract if the contractor submits an affidavit: (1) that the contractor supplied labor or materials for such work and that payment has not been made; or (2) that suit is being brought on such bond.
