Summary
Hollow Point Bullet Control Act - States that it shall be unlawful after thirty days after the date of enactment of this Act for any person (including the Armed Forces of the United States and any police or other law enforcement agency) to import into the United States any hollow point bullet or to manufacture, possess, sell, or transfer in any manner in any State any such bullet. Sets forth penalties for violations of the provisions of this Act.
