Summary
Requires the Director of the Federal Emergency Management Agency to transfer, without consideration, specified lands: (1) in the village of East Hardin located in the county of Greene, Illinois, to the county; and (2) of the original town of the village of Hardin, situated in the county of Calhoun, Illinois, to such village. Conditions each transfer upon the county of Greene or village of Hardin entering into a written agreement with the Director holding the United States harmless from all claims arising from or through the operation of the lands and improvements subject to the transfer.
