Summary

Public Television Anticonversion Act of 1985 - Amends the Communications Act of 1934 to provide that any very high frequency channel assigned for, and used by, a noncommercial educational broadcast station, as of May 1, 1985, may be assigned only for use by such a station after enactment of this Act.
