Summary
Authorizes the Secretary of Transportation to conduct a feasibility study in cooperation with the District of Columbia, Virginia, and the Department of the Interior regarding the interchange between the George Washington Memorial Parkway and northbound I-395 in Virginia. Requires the Secretary to report the results of such study to the Congress within six months of enactment of this Act. Authorizes the Secretary to implement a construction project in cooperation with the District of Columbia, Virginia, and the Department of the Interior if the study concludes that certain construction measures are feasible. Authorizes appropriations.
