Summary

Directs the Secretary of Agriculture to convey to certain private landowners in Gunnison County, Colorado, specified lands within the Raggeds Wilderness Area of the White River National Forest in such county which are determined by the Secretary to have been occupied and improved by such landowners after erroneous private land surveys. Provides conveyance terms and conditions. Determines and directs that the boundary of such wilderness area be modified to exclude the land conveyed to such private landowners. Authorizes appropriations.
