Summary
Rural Amendment to the Alaska National Interest Lands Conservation Act - Amends the Alaska National Interest Lands Conservation Act of 1980 to define "rural" for purposes of providing for subsistence uses by rural Alaska residents of wild, renewable resources as a community or area of Alaska in which the noncommercial, customary, and traditional use of fish or game for personal or family consumption is a principal characteristic of the economy of the community or area.
