Summary

Department of Homeland Security Classified Facility Inventory Act This bill requires the Chief Security Officer of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to: (1) maintain an inventory of all facilities certified by DHS to host infrastructure or systems classified above the "secret" level, and (2) update such inventory on a regular basis. The inventory shall include the location, operating entities, and date of establishment of such facilities. Such officer, in coordination with the Under Secretary for Intelligence and Analysis, may share the inventory with appropriate DHS component agencies and field personnel and appropriate state, local, tribal, and territorial personnel eligible to apply for a "top secret" security clearance sponsored by DHS.
