Summary
Fugitive Detention Act of 1995 - Amends the Federal criminal code to provide that, if a defendant was a fugitive from justice, the period in which the trial must commence is extended by 60 days for each year the court determines the defendant to be a fugitive from justice. Makes inapplicable provisions regarding automatic review by the court for failure to commence a trial for certain detainees or releasees.
