Summary

Round 16 of the Montana Wilderness Act of 1993 - Designates certain National Forest lands in Montana as: (1) components of the National Wilderness Preservation System; (2) special management areas; and (3) wilderness study areas. Directs the Secretary of Agriculture, acting through the Forest Service Research Branch, to undertake a Montana Ecosystem and Economics Study. Releases certain National Forest lands in Montana for multiple use. Considers a certain wilderness suitability review of National Forest lands in Montana as being adequate and not requiring a separate Department of Agriculture review. Authorizes appropriations.
