Summary
Amends the Virgin River Dinosaur Footprint Preserve Act to allow a grant disbursed by the Secretary of the Interior to the City of St. George, Utah, to be used for one or more of the following purposes related to the Virgin River Dinosaur Footprint Preserve: (1) purchase of the property; (2) educational outreach; (3) construction of buildings for the protection and preservation of paleontological resources; and (4) preservation and exploration of paleontological resources and their preparation for display. (Current law permits the grant to be used only for purchase of the property.)
