To provide for a United States contribution to the Interest Subsidy Account of the Enhanced Structural Adjustment Facility of the International Monetary Fund.

Summary

Amends the Bretton Woods Agreements Act to authorize the U.S. Governor of the International Monetary Fund to contribute $150,000,000 to the Interest Subsidy Account of the Enhanced Structural Adjustment Facility of the Fund. Prohibits the U.S. Governor from making a commitment to contribute before such amount has been appropriated for such purpose. Authorizes appropriations.
