Summary
Bureau of Engraving and Printing Security Printing Amendments Act of 2001 - Authorizes the Secretary of the Treasury to produce: (1) currency, postage stamps, and other security documents for foreign governments (subject to a determination by the Secretary of State that such production is consistent with U.S. foreign policy), and (2) security documents for U.S. States and political subdivisions, the District of Columbia, and U.S. territories.
