Summary
Reauthorizes the construction, operation, and maintenance of the Glen Elder unit of the Pick-Sloan Missouri Basin program, Kansas, for water supply, fish and wildlife conservation and development, recreation opportunities, and other purposes. Prohibits, for ten years, the use of water from such unit for the production on newly irrigated lands of excess agricultural commodities, unless the Secretary of Agriculture calls for a production increase in the interest of natural security.
