Directs the Secretary of the Treasury to strike and deliver to the Friends of Valley Forge, Valley Forge, Pennsylvania, not more than 250,000 sterling silver, bronze, and pewter medals in commemoration of the 200th anniversary of the encampment of the American Army commanded by General George Washington during the winter at Valley Forge, Pennsylvania. Requires such medals to be struck and delivered at not less than cost.
