Summary
Provides that specified provisions relating to the remarriage of a widow of a veteran shall not apply with respect to a claim filed for gratuitous death benefits (pursuant to the National Service Life Insurance Act) in the case of any widow (including the widow of any member of the Philippine Scouts or Filipino Guerrilla Forces) who has been, and, but for this Act, would continue to be, denied payments of insurance by reason of remarriage, conduct inferring remarriage, or conduct (if terminated) relating to adulterous cohabitation.
