Summary

Authorizes the Secretary of Transportation to carry out a construction project to replace a bridge providing motor vehicle access across the White River at DeValls Bluff, Arkansas, to demonstrate motor vehicle and bridge safety and traffic flow benefits of a bridge replacement highway project. Authorizes appropriations out of the Highway Trust Fund for FY 1992. Specifies that the Federal share of the cost of the project shall be 100 percent.
