Summary

Fraudulent Youth Employment Practices Act - Directs the Attorney General to establish and maintain in the Department of Justice the National Clearinghouse on Fraudulent Youth Employment Practices. Requires the Clearinghouse to provide technical assistance to non-Federal governmental entities in the United States in: (1) collecting data on fraudulent youth employment practices in the solicitation of magazine subscriptions and the sales of products; (2) reporting such data to the Clearinghouse; and (3) using data disseminated by the Clearinghouse to obtain criminal prosecutions. Makes it the duty of appropriate Department of Justice officials to vigorously investigate and prosecute any violation of Federal criminal law of which the Department becomes aware through the data reported to the Clearinghouse.
