Summary

Amends title VII (Administration) of the Social Security Act to authorize appropriations for each fiscal year for the payment of specified administrative expenses, including administrative expenses incurred in conducting demonstration or pilot projects, experiments, and studies under titles II (Old Age, Survivors and Disability Insurance), XVI (Supplemental Security Income), and XVIII (Medicare) and incurred with respect to specified tax provisions (currently such expenses are paid out of the Federal Old-Age and Survivors Insurance Trust Fund, the Federal Disability Insurance Trust Fund, and the Federal Hospital Insurance Trust Fund).
