Summary
Amends the disposition of unclaimed property provisions under general military law to limit to 45 days the period during which diligent efforts to find the rightful owner must take place before disposition. Increases from $25 to $300 the fair market value of property required to be held an additional time in storage before disposition. Decreases from three months to 30 days the amount of that additional time.
