Summary
Military Radioactive Emissions Control Act of 1985 - Directs the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency to promulgate radiation standards and effluent limitations for waste management and disposal at atomic energy defense facilities. Requires the Administrator to monitor compliance through onsite and offsite monitoring and inspection. Directs the Administrator to report annually to the Congress on monitoring results. Requires the Secretary of Energy to reimburse the Administrator for costs incurred in implementing these requirements.
