Amends the Agricultural Act of 1949 to establish a milk and milk products support schedule of 75- 80 percent of parity for the period of April 1, 1981, through September 30, 1985, based on specified Commodity Credit Corporation transactions. Extends the availability of price-supported dairy products acquired by the Corporation for the military and veterans' hospitals through December 31, 1985. Encourages the Secretary of Agriculture to distribute excess dairy inventories held by the Corporation.
