Summary
Authorizes and directs the Secretary of the Interior to construct additional drainage facilities for the Kansas-Bostwick Unit, Pick-Sloan Missouri Basin, Kansas, for crop production and prevention of seepage damage on the nonirrigable lands on such unit. Authorizes and directs the Secretary to negotiate and execute amendments to the contract between the United States and the Kansas-Bostwick Irrigation District so that the cost of additional drainage will be paid from revenues without increasing the obligations of the water users of such unit.
