Summary
Federal Aviation Administration Engagement and Transparency Act This bill requires the Government Accountability Office to conduct a study on the level of responsiveness of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) to requests from Members of Congress and the average time frame for responses to the requests. Further, the FAA must annually brief Congress on (1) the efforts, activities, objectives, and plans of the FAA; and (2) the efforts of the FAA to engage with Congress and the public.
