Summary

Amends part D (Child Support and Establishment of Paternity) of title IV of the Social Security Act to continue funding of child support collection and paternity determination services. Amends the Internal Revenue Code to include as eligible employees under the Work Incentive Program of title IV of the Social Security Act. for the purpose of determining the tax credit, authorized for employees under work incentive programs, employees whose employment consists of services performed in connection with a child day care program, either on a full-or part time basis. Makes technical and conforming amendments to title XX (Grants to States for Services) of the Social Security Act.
