Suspends until December 31, 1974, the tariff on the following aircraft components having an empty weight in excess of 50,000 pounds: (1) assemblies and subassemblies of wings; (2) aft fuselage sections; (3) vertical stablizers; and (4) rudder assemblies. (Amends 19 U.S.C. 1202)
