Summary
Corporate Criminal Liability Act of 1987 - Amends the Federal criminal code to provide criminal penalties for: (1) the nondisclosure (by persons having management authority or significant responsibility for the safety of a product or business practice) of serious concealed dangers that are subject to the regulatory authority of a Federal agency; and (2) discriminating against any person in the terms or conditions of employment because such person informed a Federal agency or warned employees of a serious concealed danger associated with a product or business practice.
