Summary

Prohibits discrimination on the basis of sex, marital status, or affectional or sexual preference in the following areas: (1) public accomodations, (2) public facilities, (3) public education, (4) federally assisted programs, (5) employment, and (6) housing sales, rentals, financing, and brokerage services. Sets forth civil and criminal penalties for violation of the provisions of this Act. Defines" affectional or sexual preference" as meaning an emotional or physical attachment to another person or persons of either gender, or an inclination for such an attachment.
