Summary

Prohibits the Secretary of Veterans Affairs, during the five-year period beginning on the date of enactment of this Act, from exercising the authority to increase the current copayment for medication furnished to veterans on an outpatient basis for the treatment of non-service-connected disabilities or conditions. Provides that any increase in such copayment amount before that date shall not be in effect during such period.
