Summary

Camp Safety Act of 2001 - Amends the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938 to require organized camps to comply with specified health and safety standards as a condition for their exemption from minimum wage requirements. Directs the Secretary of Labor to monitor and enforce such compliance. Preempts State laws only to the extent that they provide lesser protection for campers.
