Summary
Davis-Bacon Enforcement Act of 2001 - Amends the Davis-Bacon Act to direct the Secretary of Labor, upon determining that a Federal contractor has engaged in a pattern of violations of such Act, to cancel the contract and make the contractor ineligible to receive a Federal contract for a ten-year period, unless the contractor is able to show that such violations were not intentional but the result of simple and unsystematic error. Amends the Freedom of Information Act to require the disclosure of certain payroll information under contracts subject to the Davis-Bacon Act.
