Summary
Amends title II (Old Age, Survivors and Disability Insurance) of the Social Security Act to prohibit cost-of-living increases received under a State's workmen's compensation plan from reducing OASDI benefits. Repeals the title II provision which provides that a reduction of benefits due to receipt of workmen's compensation shall not be made if the State's workmen's compensation plan permits a reduction in workmen's compensation based on receipt of OASDI disability insurance benefits.
