Summary

United States Job Creation and Manufacturing Competitiveness Act of 2013 - Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to suspend or reduce temporarily certain rates of duty on specified chemicals and other items. Extends through December 31, 2015, certain existing duty suspensions, reductions, and other modification for specified chemicals, food, and other items. Directs U.S. Customs and Border Protection to liquidate or reliquidate certain entries of: (1) orange juice, (2) industrial nitrocellulose from the United Kingdom, (3) polyester fleece sheet sets, (4) top-of-the-stove stainless steel cooking ware from the Republic of Korea, and (5) digital still image video cameras. Makes a technical correction to the article description for stainless steel single-piece exhaust gas manifolds.
