Summary
Authorizes grants to States for deficits in State unemployment compensation accounts attributable to agricultural labor in an amount equal to 80 percent of the amount by which (1) the unemployment compensation paid under the State unemployment compensation law during the calendar year and attributable to agricultural labor, exceeded (2) 2.7 percent of the wages paid during such year for agricultural labor and subject to contributions under the State law. Specifies conditions for the payment of such grants.
