Summary
Municipal Securities Full Disclosure Act - Amends the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 to require any issuer of municipal securities which has an aggregate principal amount of municipal securities exceeding $50,000,000 to prepare an annual report to the Securities and Exchange Commission. Specifies information which must be included in such reports. Requires any issuer, with certain stated exceptions, which offers or sells an issue of municipal securities the aggregate principal amount of which exceeds $5,000,000 to prepare a distribution statement which gives a detailed description of the offering; the intended use of the proceeds of such offering; and such information as is deemed necessary by the Commission.
