Summary
Uniformed Services Privacy Protection Act of 2001 - Applies the right to bring suit as well as any other right provided under the Freedom of Information Act and Privacy Act to members of the uniformed services to the same extent and in the same manner as such rights apply to any other covered individual. Includes within such rights the right to bring a claim arising incident to a member's service.
