A bill to amend title II of the Social Security Act to increase to $6,000 the amount of outside income which (subject to further increases under the automatic adjustment provisions) is permitted each year without deductions from benefits, and to provide that income of all types and from all sources shall be included in determining whether an individual's benefits are subject to such deductions.
