Summary
California Indian Land Transfer Act - Transfers all right, title, and interest of the United States in and to specified lands to certain California Indian tribes to be held in trust by the United States for the benefit of such tribes. Prohibits: (1) Class II and Class III gaming on such lands taken into trust; and (2) subjecting lands held in trust for the benefit of a tribe to State jurisdiction acquired pursuant to Public Law 280 or Public Law 90-284 without special election by the tribe as provided in Public Law 90-284.
