Summary
Armored Car Crew Protection Act of 2003 - Amends the Federal criminal code to prohibit: (1) taking by force and violence or by intimidation, or obtaining by extortion, any property, money, or other thing of value from an armored car; (2) assaulting any person or putting the life of any person in jeopardy by the use of a dangerous weapon or device in committing such offense; and (3) killing any person or forcing any person to accompany the offender without that person's consent in committing such offense, in avoiding apprehension for such offense, or in freeing himself or herself from arrest or confinement for such offense.
